Receiver - Aurora
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.
In This Role, You’ll:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Read labels, verify documentation, and count product quantities for shipments.
- Safely operate a stand-up forklift and pallet jack in temperature-controlled and non-controlled environments.
- Perform product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards and document code dates.
- Maintain correct slot locations, consolidate pallets, and correct any mis-stocks.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control tasks.
- Keep work areas clean and organized following company safety and sanitation standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Licensed forklift operator with at least 6 months of safe equipment operation.
- Ability to perform accurate inspections and follow documentation.
- Basic math and reading skills required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
The Schedule & Setting:
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
- Work four-day work weeks - Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00am to 10:30AM
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Range (Base Pay): $19.98 hour
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
