Trainer/N08 (Warehouse)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Trainer/N08 (Warehouse) to support training operations at our Conyers location. In this role, you’ll help implement training plans, maintain training records, coordinate classroom and on-the-floor learning, and support employee development across plant operations. This position plays an important part in helping associates build the skills needed to work safely, effectively, and consistently in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Help develop and update training materials, operator modules, certification content, and troubleshooting guides to reflect current processes.
- Coordinate plant-wide training and retraining schedules with supervisors and department managers, including rooms, materials, and resources.
- Facilitate operator training, new employee orientation, and recertification sessions.
- Track training progress and follow up with trainees and leaders to support timely completion of programs.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for equipment operation and continuously build technical knowledge.
- Support safety initiatives and participate as an active member of the safety team.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and help adjust programs based on operational needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency operating packaging machinery, with a willingness to continue learning and growing skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage and motivate others during training and development activities.
- Strong attention to detail, planning skills, and accountability.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
The Schedule & Setting
- This role is based on-site in Conyers.
- Flexible hours and overtime may be required based on production and training needs.
- The position supports a manufacturing environment and includes classroom and operational floor training activities.
Pay & Benefits
Other Compensation: May include overtime pay or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
