We’re seeking a detail-driven HACCP Coordinator to lead food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit activities for our Liquid Products operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our HACCP, sanitation, and food safety programs meet or exceed regulatory agency requirements and internal GSF standards.
- Own and manage the Liquid Products HACCP program, including HACCP plans for new products
- Conduct quarterly HACCP training and annual HACCP document reviews
- Perform monthly in-house HACCP and GMP audits and track corrective actions
- Coordinate and participate in third-party and regulatory audits
- Participate in QA pre-operational inspections and sanitation program oversight
- Oversee pest control activities and vendor coordination
- Analyze and present food safety and compliance data
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field
- 3–5 years of food manufacturing experience (2+ in QA, Operations, or Product Development)
- Expert knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and audit standards
- Working knowledge of CFR and regulatory compliance
- Ability to train employees on HACCP and sanitation
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Serves as back-up to the Quality Lab Manager.

- Pay (Base Pay): Compensation for this role is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
- Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
